At HillVerge, we want every purchase to be a confident one. If something isnโt right, weโll help you get it sorted quickly and fairly.
๐ฆ Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Some products may have brand-specific return conditions. Where applicable, these conditions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
โ Eligible for Return
Your return request may be approved if:
- The product was received damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is submitted within the eligible return period.
โ Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Used products.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
- Consumable products that have been opened or partially used.
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale.
๐ How to Request a Return
Step 1: Log in to your HillVerge customer account.
Step 2: Navigate to Orders and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Step 3: Click Request Return and provide the reason for the return. Supporting images may be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Step 4: Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome.
Step 5: If approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.

๐ Return Shipping
Many products sold on HillVerge are fulfilled and shipped directly by their respective brands or suppliers.
As a result, approved returns may need to be shipped directly to the respective brandโs return facility rather than to HillVerge.
The correct return address and shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Please do not return products to the HillVerge office address unless specifically instructed to do so.
๐ฐ Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing may take 1โ3 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take an additional 5โ10 business days to appear in your account.
๐ธ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging.
- Photographs of the shipping label (if available).
