Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1โ2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: orders fulfilled directly by the manufacturer may require an additional 1โ2 days for processing before dispatch.
Shipping Partners & Rates
We ship exclusively within India using trusted courier partners โ DTDC and India Post. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Payyanur, Kannur, Kerala, or directly from the manufacturer depending on the product.

We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability may vary for remote or restricted locations. If a location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and issue a full refund if necessary.

Expedited shipping may be available on select products. Eligible products will display available delivery options during checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, destination, and courier serviceability.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment directly on the DTDC or India Post website.
If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to weather, logistics disruptions, or remote locations. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update.
- Contact us at support@hillverge.com with your order number.
We'll coordinate with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed every step of the way. In the rare case of a lost shipment, we'll work to resolve it promptly โ either by reshipping or issuing a refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible orders across India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. COD orders that are refused or returned without valid reason may affect your ability to place future COD orders.
