3. Products & Availability

  • Some products on our store are fulfilled directly by our brand partners (LGP and Breathable). By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that fulfilment, quality, and delivery for those items are managed by the respective brands.
  • HillVerge's own TOG series products are fulfilled directly by us.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices on hillverge.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • HillVerge reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of checkout.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Cancellations

  • Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For orders that have not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@hillverge.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • HillVerge reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and courier performance. HillVerge is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.
  • For brand-fulfilled products (LGP and Breathable), shipping is handled by the respective brands and their timelines may differ.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

7. Third-Party Brand Products

HillVerge acts as a reseller for products by LGP (lgpindia.com) and Breathable (breathableskin.com). For these products:

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and warranties are provided by the respective brands.
  • HillVerge does not manufacture, inspect, or control the quality of these products before dispatch.
  • Any claims related to product quality, defects, or warranties for brand-fulfilled products are subject to the respective brand's policies.
  • HillVerge will act as an intermediary in facilitating communication between you and the brand but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on hillverge.com — including but not limited to logos, product images, text, graphics, and design — is the property of HillVerge Private Limited or its respective brand partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
