At HillVerge, we want you to shop with confidence. Since we work with multiple brand partners, our return and refund process varies depending on the product. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Brand-Fulfilled Products

The majority of products on our store โ€” including motorcycle accessories by LGP and skincare products by Breathable โ€” are sourced directly from our brand partners and fulfilled by them.

For these products, returns and refunds are governed by the respective brand's policies:

What to do if you have an issue: Please do not contact the brand directly. Reach out to us first at support@hillverge.com with your order details, and we will coordinate with the brand on your behalf. Resolution timelines will depend on the brand's internal process, and HillVerge does not have direct control over their decisions.


2. HillVerge TOG Series Products

Products from our TOG series are fulfilled directly by HillVerge and are eligible for returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

Mandatory Requirement โ€” Video Proof

To process any return or refund, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video that captures:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The defect or damage clearly visible

Important: Once the product has been opened without recording an unboxing video, HillVerge will not be able to accept a return or refund claim, regardless of the nature of the issue. We strongly recommend recording your unboxing for every TOG series order.

How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Email us at support@hillverge.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3โ€“5 business days and respond with next steps.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days of approval.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery (TOG products).
  • No unboxing video is provided (TOG products).
  • The product has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition.
  • The damage was caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
  • The product is a brand-fulfilled item that does not qualify under the respective brand's return policy.
