1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

These are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.


5. Our Shipping Partners

HillVerge TOG series products are shipped via India Speed Post. For brand-fulfilled products by LGP and Breathable, shipping is handled directly by the respective brands using their own logistics partners. Delivery timelines for brand-fulfilled orders may vary accordingly.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website. For brand-fulfilled orders, tracking details will be shared by the respective brand.


7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. HillVerge is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.


8. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. For TOG series products, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the unboxing video requirement and how to raise a claim. For brand-fulfilled products, please contact us at support@hillverge.com and we will coordinate with the respective brand on your behalf.

HillVerge is not liable for packages lost in transit by third-party couriers, but we will do our best to assist in resolving such situations.
