1-Year Limited Warranty

All LGP India products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable only to manufacturing defects.

If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, the product will be eligible for replacement after inspection and approval by LGP India’s authorized technical team.

The warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects only.

What is NOT Covered Under Warranty:

• Physical or accidental damage
• Liquid or water damage caused by improper usage
• Improper installation or incorrect fitment
• Use on incompatible vehicles or accessories
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by negligence or misuse

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Secure packaging is provided to avoid transit damage. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Install the top box securely using compatible mounting hardware. Ensure all mounting points are tightened properly before riding. Do not exceed the recommended load capacity. Periodically check lock mechanisms and mounting brackets for safety during long-distance touring.
